Moontide Staffing brings over 20 years of direct recruiting experience servicing the engineering and design industry within New England and beyond.

Kevin Carter, the founder of Moontide Staffing, started his career with Hobson Associates in Connecticut servicing engineering and design where he received the very best training in the industry.

He learned the art of building relationships to find open jobs, source candidates for critical jobs, and marketing candidates to decision makers.

After 10 years with Hobson, Kevin joined Summit Technical Services as an Account Manager specializing in Engineering and Design.  This brought 13 years of road warrior face to face interaction with engineering decision makers throughout New England generating $2-$4 million in revenue per year.

Summit was bought and the focus changed which led Kevin to start Moontide Staffing in 2020 with the vigorous goal of giving maximum attention to Engineering and Design.

Moontide Staffing offers Contract, Temp to Hire, Direct Placement, and Payroll Services.

In his free time, Kevin likes to Coach Baseball, serve on the local baseball board, and sits on the Conservation Commission in Westport MA.  He is an avid fisherman and enjoys the outdoors.  He is known to take customers and candidates fishing in the warmer months letting them decompress for a day.
